Legacy 讀最近更新的 `urt_video_schedule`，用 `urt_video_log_history` 最近兩筆觀看數估算下一次 `stime`，再更新 `urt_video_schedule.stime/mtime`；目前 modern command 只輸出估算結果，不更新 schedule row。
